Note in the purchase
The following points should be clearly defined in the purchase and order of the general pressure gauge:
1 instrument name: to be clear is the general pressure gauge, oxygen pressure gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, ammonia pressure meter, etc.;
2 instrument model: different manufacturers have different models, but to be clearly written in the contract;
The 3 meter diameter size: Phi 40, Phi 60, Phi 100, Phi 150, Phi 200, Phi 250.
4 installation: radial, axial, belt, belt behind the front.
5 measurement range: vacuum gauge - -0.1MPa

6 accuracy level: 1.6; 2.5; 4; 1
7 connector thread: M10X1; M14X1.5; M20X1.5
In the purchase and order of the special pressure gauge, in addition to the above points, the following points should be defined according to the different pressure gauge:
1 Name: diaphragm pressure gauge, pressure gauge, corrosion proof pressure gauge, film pressure meter etc.
2 pairs of diaphragm pressure gauge:
A according to different purposes, should be clear in the spring tube filling liquid (silicone oil, glycerin, cooking oil, fluorine oil, etc.)
B according to the measured corrosion, should clear the diaphragm materials (such as SUS316, tantalum, titanium, Monel alloy, ha's alloy, coating and other)
C, such as the flange connection, the implementation of the flange should be clear standards, size, material, etc.
3 of the vibration proof pressure gauge should be clear in the case of liquid (oil, glycerin etc.)
4 corrosion proof pressure gauge should be according to the measured corrosion of the corrosive medium or work environment and couplings explicitly, spring pipe, and a watch case material.
Note in use
The instrument must be vertical: should be installed using 17mm wrench tightened should not twist the case; transportation should avoid collision.
Should be in the environmental temperature of -25~55 using the instrument.
The use of environmental vibration frequency of <25HZ, amplitude is less than 1mm.
The use for the ambient temperature is too high, do not return to zero meter indication or indication error, the upper seal case
The rubber plug is cut off, so that the inner cavity of the instrument can be communicated with the atmosphere.
The using range of the instrument, should be in the upper limit of 1/3 ~ 2/3.
It should be measured in isolation device of corrosive medium, the crystal medium, the viscosity of the medium.
One meter should be tested (at least once every three months), if discover fault should be promptly repaired.
