1 scope of application
Rated voltage 1.8/3kV and less for wind power generation with twist resistant soft cable is suitable for grid connected wind turbine power transmission and electric control, particularly suitable for installation in cross connection between the cabin and the tower barrel need to bear frequently distorted requirements of special parts, mainly used for generator stator winding and rotor winding to ground voltage transformer of the power transmission.

5 main technical parameters
5.1 the direct current resistance of the finished cable conductor 20 is in accordance with the requirements of GB/T fifth in the 3956 kinds of copper conductor.
5.2 the insulation resistance of the finished cable is in accordance with the provisions of Table 3.

5.3 finished cable can withstand the test of the power frequency voltage as specified in Table 4 5min without breakdown.

5.4 rated voltage 450/750V finished cable insulation wire core (10 ~ 15m long finished cable specimen) can withstand the temperature of the environment 2.5kV immersion test 5min not breakdown.

Note: clockwise rotation 1440 degrees, then counterclockwise turn the same angle so that the cable is restored to its original state, then counterclockwise rotation of the 1440 degrees clockwise again turn the same angle so that the cable is restored to its original state, this is a cycle (a).
5.9 finished cable can pass the GB/T 19380.11-2008 provisions of the single burning test. The flame retardant cable can be specified by 19380.31-2008 GB/T as the corresponding requirements of the beam cable burning test.
6 cable usage characteristics
6.1 the rated voltage of the cable U0/U are: 450/750V, 0.6/1kV, 1.8/3kV.
6.2 long term operating temperature of the cable conductor is: 90.
6.3 the minimum bending radius of the cable is 6 times of the diameter of the cable.
6.4 cable to adapt to the minimum ambient temperature, ordinary type: -25 C, cold type: -40 C, cold type: -55.
6.5 the maximum torsion angle of the cable is 180 degrees /m.
Flame retardant cable 6.6 is a single flame retardant, special requirements for flame retardant bundles.
