The temperature of molten steel and high temperature molten metal is used to measure the temperature of the molten steel. Using method

2, the fast thermocouple installed in the temperature gun, and the two meter pointer (or digital display) back to zero, then the contact is good, can be measured.
3, fast thermocouple insertion depth of the molten steel in the 300 - 400 mm is appropriate, measurements do not test to the furnace wall or scum, do: fast, steady, accurate, when the secondary instrument should be immediately put the gun, fast thermocouple in molten steel, dipping time shall not be more than 5 seconds, or easy to burn the temperature measuring gun.
4, temperature gun from the furnace, take off the used thermocouple, and put on a new, stop for a few minutes, to prepare the next measurement. May not even open, or cause temperature fluctuations.
